From CGA Technology to FlexManager: Discover our Journey
The journey of FlexManager began with our CEO George Curley, who recognised that technology could play a significant role in regulated areas of compliance, particularly in the Health & Safety sector. Created by a HSEQ manager for HSEQ managers, George recognised the barriers that paperwork caused when proving compliance with regulator and legal obligations.
From this experience, CGA technology was founded in 2011. Compliance. Governance. Analytics. A solution to streamline and reduce the daily administrational headaches dealt with by HSEQ professionals. Soon after, other industries began to notice the benefits of this technology; Health and safety software was evolving into something found not only in construction, but in retail, healthcare, manufacturing, facility management, education, and many more sectors.
As our client base expanded it called for our team to grow, and as it grew, it flourished. Even our name evolved to FlexManager! We now have several offices on 3 continents and clients from all over the world, striving to unlock your organisations’ full potential.
